We are hiring experienced Traffic Control Persons (TCPs) for ongoing road and infrastructure projects. This role is suited for candidates looking for consistent work, clear communication, and a well-supported work environment.

- Valid Traffic Control Person (TCP) certification
- Minimum 6 months traffic control experience (traffic company experience preferred)
- Availability for weekday shifts
- Set up and remove traffic control equipment (cones, signs, barricades) based on site plans
- Direct traffic using stop/slow paddle and proper hand signals
- Communicate clearly with crew members and supervisors on site
- Monitor traffic flow and adjust positioning to maintain safety
- Maintain safe distance between vehicles, workers, and work zones
- Follow all safety procedures and site-specific instructions
- Stay alert at all times and report any safety concerns immediately
- Year-round work available
- Projects across Lower Mainland & Vancouver Island
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Dispatch-based scheduling
- Occasional weekend work as needed
