Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Traffic Control Persons (TCPs) for ongoing road and infrastructure projects. This role is suited for candidates looking for consistent work, clear communication, and a well-supported work environment.

Requirements
  • Valid Traffic Control Person (TCP) certification
  • Minimum 6 months traffic control experience (traffic company experience preferred)
  • Availability for weekday shifts
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and remove traffic control equipment (cones, signs, barricades) based on site plans
  • Direct traffic using stop/slow paddle and proper hand signals
  • Communicate clearly with crew members and supervisors on site
  • Monitor traffic flow and adjust positioning to maintain safety
  • Maintain safe distance between vehicles, workers, and work zones
  • Follow all safety procedures and site-specific instructions
  • Stay alert at all times and report any safety concerns immediately
