  • Assess technology, market, and industry trends to identify opportunities, risks, and developments that may influence the organization’s technology strategy.
  • Plan and execute workstreams for management-defined initiatives and enterprise-level projects, ensuring strong project governance and delivery.
  • Oversee strategic analysis and communications related to initiatives such as vendor selection, vendor optimization, peer benchmarking, cloud migration, infrastructure automation, and operating model transformation.
  • Lead the strategy and implementation of service costing and TBM capabilities that enable technology leaders to understand and manage the cost, quality, consumption, and value of IT services.
  • Partner with TBM analytics teams to connect management reporting with broader business and technology strategies.
  • Leverage TBM platforms and analytics capabilities to improve organizational understanding of technology performance and value.
  • Develop and maintain service costing processes supporting annual planning, demand management, cost transparency, and technology service forecasting.
  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to improve the quality of operational data used for total cost of ownership and consumption analysis.
  • Communicate IT service consumption, allocations, volumes, and cost drivers clearly to stakeholders at all levels of management.
  • Develop presentations, executive materials, and strategic communications that ensure timely understanding of critical technology and financial issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve technology financial management, cost transparency, resource allocation, and long-term operating efficiency.
Requirements

  • MBA or advanced business-related degree preferred.
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, strategy, management consulting, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
