  • Facilitate home lab draw coordination with external providers and monitor timelines to support timely consultations and reporting.
  • Manage the distribution of additional clinical reports, including specialized body composition and brain analysis reports.
  • Track patient progress proactively, identify potential delays or concerns, and coordinate resolutions with the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Support physician education initiatives by managing participant applications, coordinating scans and consultations, and maintaining accurate program records.

  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance standards when handling sensitive patient and physician information.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in patient coordination, healthcare operations, clinical support, or a related healthcare environment.
  • Experience within imaging, concierge medicine, specialty healthcare, or patient-focused services is considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client-service mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and evolving environment while proactively solving problems and anticipating needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and medical record platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with physician relations or sales teams is a plus.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving responsibilities and operational processes.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary ranging from CAD $68,000 to $72,000 depending on experience and location.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and mental health coverage for employees and their families.
  • Flexible vacation policy that encourages work-life balance and personal wellbeing.
  • Complimentary whole-body scans as part of the company’s commitment to preventative healthcare.
  • Access to RRSP and TFSA retirement savings plans with immediate optional enrollment.
  • Opportunities for career growth, learning, and professional development within an innovative healthcare environment.
  • Collaborative and supportive team culture with regular opportunities for team connection and engagement.
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact by contributing to a mission-driven healthcare organization focused on proactive care.
  • Inclusive and equal-opportunity workplace committed to diversity and belonging.
