About the RoleWe're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Regional Real Estate Specialist in Manhattan, KS to support our real estate team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Area Sales Manager, Area Vice President, and real estate agents to keep transactions moving smoothly, support auctions and listings, and help deliver an outstanding experience for both clients and agents.
What You'll Do- Support agents throughout the real estate transaction process, including contracts, documentation, compliance reviews, and file management.
- Assist with onboarding new real estate agents.
- Set up and manage real estate auctions using company software.
- Maintain real estate licensing records and compliance requirements.
- Share auction announcements and communicate listing and auction results.
- Coordinate regional meetings, team events, and client engagement activities.
- Help agents utilize CRM tools, transaction management systems, and lead tracking resources.
- Provide exceptional service and support to agents, clients, and internal teams.
- Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
- Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in real estate, sales, customer service, financial services, or a professional office environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a real estate license within six months of hire.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently.
