Up to $23 per hour

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $22 - $23/Hour
  • Annual salary increases up to 5%
  • Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
  • On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs

What Youll Do
  • Complete service requests and work orders efficiently
  • HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs
  • Apartment turns and make-readies
  • General janitorial duties and trash removal
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and snow removal duties
What Were Looking For
  • 2 + years of apartment maintenance experience
  • 2 + years of painting experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
