Job Description
Organizational Development Analyst

Work location: Texas Health Physicians Group: 251 Westpark Way Euless, Texas 76040. Travel to THPG clinics is required.
Work hours: Full Time, 40 hours: Day Shift

Here's What You Need
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• 4 years relevant work experience in a health care facility setting required
• Project Management experience preferred
• Practice Manager or Lead experience preferred
• Epic Certification Credentialed Trainer in Epic Ambulatory, Cadence or PB Resolute required within 90 days
What You Will Do
Executes THPG's learning and development strategies by delivering system and operational training to a diverse range of learners, including Provider/Clinic Staff, Clinic Managers, THPG Leadership, CXO, ITS, Risk/Compliance, Operations, Specialties, MA Apprentices, and others.
• Leverages critical thinking, operational expertise, and independent judgment to analyze and develop best practices for organizational initiatives.
• Responsibilities include completing operational readiness assessments and serving on project teams to design workflows that drive success.
• The analyst recommends workflows and collaborates with Instructional Designers on the final content and platform design. As a communication expert, the analyst facilitates effective delivery to various organizational audiences and vendors. Using tools such as ADKAR, they ensure adoption of new products and services, close performance gaps, and support revenue cycle improvements.
• Partner with clinic leadership to execute onboarding events, including ground-level launches, clinic moves, merges, and practice acquisitions.
• Collaborate on system-related preparation and planning before new employees' start dates. For acquisitions, deliver comprehensive on-site system and operational training for support staff.
• Validate IT system needs and escalate issue for expedited resolution, including professional billing charges, order routing, and security access.
