As a Strategic Consultant, you will work directly with customers to improve workflows, implement SaaS solutions, and maximize the value of automation and analytics tools.
You will play a key role throughout the implementation lifecycle, from system setup and testing to user enablement and adoption.
The position combines consulting expertise, project collaboration, technical understanding, and strong customer relationship management.
You will partner with internal teams and clients to deliver successful projects while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Lead and manage customer system setup processes, ensuring smooth implementations and a high-quality customer experience.
• Support enterprise implementations by collaborating with experienced consultants and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with project management, professional services, and technical teams to deliver project milestones and customer outcomes.
• Design and execute user acceptance testing activities throughout implementation projects.
• Provide guidance on solution usage, adoption strategies, and configuration best practices.
• Train and support client users to help them successfully adopt new tools and workflows.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates regarding timelines, capacity, risks, escalations, and key initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer processes, optimize workflows, and increase the value delivered through technology solutions.

• 1 to 2 years of experience managing SaaS client implementations or similar customer-facing technology projects.
• Experience working successfully in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong ownership mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and continuously improving processes.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to customer challenges.
• Previous consulting experience is considered an advantage.
• Experience within the staffing or recruitment technology industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with automation, onboarding, analytics, or enterprise software solutions is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• German language skills are an advantage.
