We are seeking a skilled and creative Vehicle Fleet Graphics Production Artist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end process of creating large-format production files, working closely with clients from concept to final design. The role involves utilizing various Adobe software tools for graphic design, as well as hands-on experience with specialized equipment for printing, laminating, cutting, weeding, and packaging.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Fleet Graphics Production Artist or similar role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with large-format printing using Roland printers for fleet applications
  • Familiarity with Suma flatbed cutters, tailored for fleet graphic needs
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in graphic production processes for diverse fleet requirements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients in various sectors
  • Ability to recreate customer designs from scratch, showcasing adaptability and attention to client specifications
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in vehicle graphics installation for Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, Utilities, Departments of Transportation, Federal Government agencies, and private fleets is a significant plus
  • Must respect and work positively with first responders and law enforcement
  • High School Diploma

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs using Adobe software tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, tailored for vehicle fleet graphics.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients in Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, Utilities, Departments of Transportation, Federal Government agencies, and private fleets to understand their design requirements and ensure client satisfaction throughout the design process.

Recreating Customer Designs: Demonstrate the ability to recreate customer designs from scratch, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the client's vision.

Large Format Printing: Utilize a Roland large format printer to produce high-quality prints on 3M vinyl for various fleet vehicles, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

Laminating: Apply protective laminates to printed materials, enhancing durability and longevity for the specific needs of fleet graphics.

Cutting: Utilize a Suma flatbed cutter for precise cutting of fleet graphics, ensuring accuracy and clean edges.

Weeding: Remove excess material from cut fleet graphics, ensuring the final product meets the high-quality standards required for fleet applications.

Transfer Tape Application: Apply transfer tape to facilitate the smooth transfer of graphics onto various fleet surfaces.

Packaging: Prepare finished fleet graphics for shipment, ensuring they are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Vehicle Graphics Installation: Demonstrate the ability to install graphics on various fleet vehicles, including those in Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, Utilities, Departments of Transportation, Federal Government agencies, and private fleets, ensuring proper alignment and adherence to quality standards.

Compensation and Benefits:
