Description:

Autism Learning Institute (ALI) provides individualized, evidence-based ABA services to children and families throughout New Jersey.

Requirements:

Clinical Responsibilities overview:

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA programs
  • Conduct FBAs, skills assessments, and treatment planning
  • Analyze data and adjust interventions to ensure meaningful progress
  • Maintain ethical and clinical quality standards

Supervision & Training

  • Supervise RBTs and behavior technicians
  • Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and support
  • Ensure consistency in care across clients and staff

Family Collaboration

  • Partner with families through consultation and parent training
  • Maintain regular communication and follow-up
  • Support skill carryover across environments

Team Collaboration

  • Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary planning
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative center culture

What You'll Bring

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Experience developing and supervising ABA programs
  • Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and behavior analysis
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
  • Passion for mentoring staff and supporting families

Physical & Practical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage in sessions (running, kneeling, floor play, etc.)
  • Reliable transportation for local travel
  • Access to a laptop/tablet for programming and data analysis
