About the RoleAs a Legal Operations Lead, you will serve as a central resource for operational coordination, workflow management, office support, and production oversight. This role is responsible for ensuring daily work moves efficiently across departments while supporting key administrative, logistical, and project-based initiatives.
This position is less about direct people management and more about managing processes, priorities, and operational execution. You'll coordinate workflows, support office operations, oversee key metrics, manage projects, and help remove obstacles that prevent teams from delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Workflow Management- Coordinate and prioritize daily operational and production workflows to ensure deadlines and service levels are consistently met.
- Monitor workload distribution and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and resource allocation.
- Serve as a point of contact for complex operational issues and assist with troubleshooting workflow challenges.
- Support cross-functional initiatives by coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist leadership in implementing process improvements that enhance productivity, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
- Provide operational and administrative support to department leadership.
- Coordinate meetings, team events, training sessions, and office logistics.
- Manage office supply inventory and coordinate vendor relationships.
- Prepare communications, presentations, meeting materials, and reports.
- Maintain organized departmental records and documentation.
- Assist with special projects and company-wide initiatives as assigned.
- Track operational performance metrics and key performance indicators.
- Prepare recurring reports and dashboards for leadership review.
- Monitor trends, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to improve operational performance.
- Assist with data gathering, reporting accuracy, and process documentation.
- Support continuous improvement efforts through metric analysis and workflow evaluation.
- Coordinate activities with internal departments, offshore teams, and third-party vendors.
- Assist with onboarding and training coordination for new team members.
- Ensure operational processes are documented and consistently followed.
- Foster collaboration across teams to support organizational goals and client satisfaction.

- 3+ years of experience in operations, workflow management, administrative coordination, project coordination, or a related field.
- Experience supporting multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience creating reports, tracking metrics, and managing operational workflows.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working with offshore or remote teams.
- Experience in legal services, professional services, operations, records management, or document production environments.
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, and office operations.
- Proven ability to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies.
- Experience utilizing reporting tools, dashboards, or operational metrics.
