About the role
Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: 7323 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036 (hello82 HQ)
Work Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30AM to 6:30PM, Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable process: invoicing, payment matching, collections
- Prepare and review AR Aging reports; follow up on overdue accounts
- Maintain and operate QuickBooks Online (QBO) AR module, ensuring data accuracy
- Support month-end/quarter-end close through AR account reconciliation
- Communicate with clients (labels/partners) regarding invoices and resolve disputes
- Collaborate with Finance/Payroll teams on cash flow reporting
- (Preferred) Manage AR processes related to logistics operations (e.g., shipment-invoice matching, logistics vendor settlement)
- 3–5 years of hands-on AR (Accounts Receivable) experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) required
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP preferred)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- AR/finance experience in the logistics industry
- Experience in entertainment/music industry or agency environment
- Experience handling multi-country transactions (Korea/US/Germany/Mexico)

The pay range for this role is:
45,000 - 60,000 USD per year(Los Angeles)
