Location: Delta, BC | Reports to: Vice-President, Sales | Type: Full-Time

The Opportunity

The Sales Administrator is a key member of our team, acting as the centralized quotation department that supports our sales representatives with accurate pricing and proposals. This role suits someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a genuine interest in delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage processes to ensure accurate product pricing at all times
  • Design and administer pricing for stock inventory promotions, in collaboration with Sales Management
  • Support pricing and proposal preparation for open houses, shows, and special events
  • Produce accurate, timely priced proposals for the sales team as the centralized quote department
  • Verify accurate costing of product arrivals, in collaboration with Accounting
  • Administer pricing and listings for used machinery
  • Verify pricing and margins on prospective deals and support price negotiations
  • Maintain and update the company's CRM system
  • Process sales orders with the sales team and dealer network, and coordinate with Accounting on deposits
  • What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience supporting a sales team
  • Post-secondary education (Diploma or Bachelor's Degree), preferably in business or sales administration
  • Strong mathematical skills and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or another CRM/ERP system is an asset
  • Familiarity with Photoshop is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask under deadlines
  • A detail-oriented, accurate, and thorough approach to work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative, with strong follow-up skills
  • A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for customer service
  • Working Conditions

  • Normal business hours, with occasional evening work as needed
  • Office-based role requiring extended periods at a computer
  • Ability to stay focused in a busy, open-area office and manage multiple deadlines
