Job Description
F3 Marina, a division of Founders 3 Real Estate Services, is a leader in professional marina management and consulting services to marina owners anywhere. Our services include all aspects of waterfront development and management, including marinas and adjacent upland property, such as multi-family and retail. We provide the expertise, experience and attention to detail to delight our boaters, clients and communities while maximizing occupancy and revenue.
As a Front Office Concierge, you will be a key member of our team. You will provide exceptional customer service to marina customers, assist with event management, the ship store, amenity spaces, guest services, tours, slip leasing follow up and provide administrative support.
Requirements:- Excellent customer service skills – 2 years’ experience in hotel/tourism/hospitality
- Knowledge of boating a plus
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- 2 years of experience in a hotel front office or customer service environment
- A good standard of computer literacy, showing confidence in working with word-processing, spreadsheets, databases, marina/hotel/retail software packages.
- Valid Driver License
- High School diploma or GED
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality, personal, and genuine customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, and tending to customer, vendor and potential slip holder needs in a timely, friendly and professional manner
- Assist with proper slip reservations, slip assignments, and slip check in’s
- Conduct proper radio, telephone and person-to-person communications at front desk
- Manage key control, slip map, lost and found, equipment, & procedures at front desk
- Record daily transient/ice sales, audit for accuracy and insure proper cash handling
- Advertise boater parties, functions, and activities through the use of email, social media, and website
- Obtain, organize and utilize leads through maintaining customer lists of physical addresses and email addresses from seasonal, transient, retail, and service customers
- Create monthly and weekly newsletters/emails for tenants and customers
- Organize, promote and carry out boater social events, activities and functions as determined by calendar
- Consistently implement policies of the marina
- Receive all telephone calls and in-person visits. Listen to boater requests, concerns and comments.
- Contribute to cleanliness and curb appeal of the marina and amenity space
