Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory through networking, referrals, cold calling, and sales visits.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory growth plans to increase sales, expand market share, and introduce new product offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor by identifying specific needs and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Support customer retention and growth through weekly account reviews, business planning, and product/service promotions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and log daily sales activities, forecasts, and territory updates within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and participate in sales meetings, training programs, customer events, and industry initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in outside sales, business development, account management, or territory management.
  • Automotive industry experience preferred, specifically within the automotive aftermarket, automotive service, fleet, or dealership sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating leads, cold calling, and closing new business accounts.
  • Physical capability to lift, carry, and move products and sales materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
