The Opportunity-

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our Contractor Services Team.

This role is ideal for someone with retail or sales experience who is ready to take the next step into a professional, growth-oriented environment. What You’ll Do

• Process and manage customer orders from start to finish
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding availability, timelines, and deliveries
• Coordinate shipping and receiving efforts and monitor logistics
• Complete sales transactions through accurate data entry, product verification, and payment collection
• Provide exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Support warehouse operations as needed, including shipping, receiving, and inventory assistance.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of responsibilities
• Professional, dependable, and career-minded
• Experience in remodeling, construction, or home improvement is a plus, but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
