As a Senior Optimization Consultant, you will act as the technical authority for optimization and experimentation initiatives, combining strategic guidance with hands-on platform expertise. You will support stakeholders in designing effective personalization strategies, ensuring high-quality implementations, and continuously improving optimization practices through data-driven insights.
- Serve as the senior technical advisor for Adobe Target, guiding stakeholders on experimentation strategy, personalization architecture, and platform best practices.
- Evaluate and challenge proposed approaches by providing recommendations grounded in practical implementation experience and optimization expertise.
- Stay informed on evolving personalization technologies, AI-driven optimization capabilities, and platform updates to translate innovations into actionable recommendations.
- Review and provide quality assurance on test designs, targeting logic, audience segmentation, and technical implementations.
- Mentor optimization specialists by reviewing their work, sharing knowledge, and raising technical standards across the team.
- Bridge business objectives and technical execution by collaborating with product teams, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Represent optimization initiatives in governance meetings, roadmap discussions, and executive presentations.
- Promote experimentation best practices, scalable testing frameworks, and continuous improvement across digital programs.
The ideal candidate is a senior optimization professional with extensive hands-on experience in digital experimentation, personalization, and Adobe Target. You bring a strong consulting mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence technical and business audiences.
- 7+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, personalization, digital experimentation, or related fields, with significant hands-on Adobe Target experience.
- Proven career progression from hands-on practitioner into a senior strategic, technical leadership, or advisory role.
- Deep knowledge of the Adobe Target ecosystem, including personalization capabilities, AI/ML-driven features, and integration within broader experience platforms.
- Strong understanding of experimentation fundamentals, including statistical significance, sample sizing, segmentation strategies, and testing best practices.
- Ability to confidently advise and influence senior stakeholders, including technical teams and business leaders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
- Experience working in consulting, agency, or client-facing environments is strongly preferred.
- Experience integrating optimization platforms with analytics tools, tag management systems, or customer data platforms is an asset.
- Adobe Target certification or equivalent demonstrated platform expertise is considered an advantage.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale clients or complex digital transformation programs is a plus.
