Accountabilities:
  • Lead Agile delivery processes by managing sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Define project requirements, write detailed technical specifications, and establish clear acceptance criteria to support successful product development and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate testing activities, monitor release readiness, and ensure delivered solutions meet business and technical expectations.
  • Manage project timelines, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to prioritize the product roadmap and translate strategic business goals into actionable technical initiatives.
  • Oversee software integrations with business platforms and evaluate new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance across the organization by supporting software implementation, troubleshooting integrations, and facilitating smooth product rollouts.
  • Foster effective collaboration between technical and non-technical teams while ensuring alignment on priorities, expectations, and project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-time professional experience in technical project management, product management, or a related role following graduation.
  • Strong academic background with demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical initiatives successfully.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including experience using project management tools such as Jira, Linear, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, structured technical specifications and project documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively with software development teams while translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Proven organizational, planning, and time management skills with a consistent track record of delivering projects on schedule.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with Ruby on Rails development teams is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Airtable, or comparable business platforms is preferred.
  • Previous experience in media, conferences, live events, or similar industries is advantageous.
Benefits
  • Full-time remote position based in Canada.
  • Starting salary of $100,000 CAD per year.
  • Regular opportunities for salary progression and career advancement.
  • Flexible remote work environment with occasional availability to meet stakeholders in or near the Greater Toronto Area when required.
  • Opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute directly to the development of innovative digital products.
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment that encourages ownership, initiative, and professional growth.
