Job Description:

The Trust Associate will perform a wide variety of tasks related to the administration of fiduciary accounts at the direction of their assigned Trust Officer. Successful candidates for this role will have strong analytical skills, a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, robust technological and communication skills, enjoy seeking out new information and synthesizing findings, excellent time management, a focus on attention to detail, the ability to maintain confidentiality and treat colleagues and clients with respect, and an interest in developing collaborative relationships.

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing daily administrative support to Trust Officers
• Inputting client bills and invoices for payment
• Communicating with clients, professional advisors, and vendors
• Preparing reports and memos
• Drafting communications, presentations, and reports,
• Completing forms, applications, and other documents,
• Researching and summarizing various topics as requested,
• Provide calendaring and meeting support,
• Special projects as needed,
• Using CRM system to track and complete account related tasks
• Managing fiduciary risk; following policies and procedures.

Required:

• At least two years’ customer service experience in a professional setting.

Preferred:

• Associate’s degree
• Prior experience with trusts and estates.
• Certified Paralegal or Paralegal experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
