PRN | Per Visit | Flexible Scheduling
Amada Senior Care | St. George, UT | Washington & Iron Counties
Looking for flexible, supplemental RN work that fits around your current schedule?
Amada Senior Care of Southern Utah is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to complete in-home client evaluations and ongoing reassessments throughout Washington and Iron Counties.
This is assessment-based work, not traditional shift nursing. There are no floor responsibilities and no regularly scheduled nursing shifts. Instead, you'll visit clients in their homes, complete an evaluation, document your findings, and move on with your day.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced RN looking to earn additional income while maintaining flexibility around another position, family responsibilities, or an existing schedule.
What You'll DoConduct in-person initial evaluations for new personal care clients
Complete ongoing client re-evaluations, generally every six months
Assess activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, cognition, fall risk, functional needs, and home safety
Help determine whether a client's needs can be appropriately supported within a non-medical personal care setting
Complete functional and cognitive assessments for long-term care insurance policyholders according to applicable carrier protocols
Provide clear, thorough, and accurate documentation following each visit
Submit completed documentation within two business days
Paid per visit: $90 per client evaluation, plus mileage reimbursement
Flexible scheduling: Visits are scheduled in advance and coordinated around your availability
No traditional nursing shifts: This role is focused specifically on evaluations and assessments
Administrative support: Our office coordinates scheduling so you can focus on completing the assessment
Growing opportunity: Evaluation volume is expected to increase as our client base and long-term care insurance partnerships continue to grow
A great opportunity for an RN looking for flexible, supplemental income without committing to another traditional nursing schedule
Active Utah RN license or qualifying multistate compact RN license
2+ years of RN experience preferred
Experience in home health, geriatrics, case management, senior care, or similar settings preferred
Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Washington and Iron Counties
Comfortable using tablets and electronic documentation systems
Long-term care insurance assessment experience is a plus
At Amada Senior Care, our goal is to help seniors remain safe, supported, and independent in their own homes. Your evaluations will play an important role in helping us understand each client's needs and ensure they receive the appropriate level of support.
