Job Description
SUMMARY
The Fuel Quality Administrative Coordinator is expected to demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and job-related knowledge while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service, safety, reliability, and accountability. This position provides administrative support for daily office operations, including data entry, appointment scheduling, records management, workflow coordination, and communication among multiple service teams.
SALARY RANGE
- $40,000 to $70,000 Annual. DOE.
DUTIES
•Accurately enter and review service work orders to support timely and complete documentation. Compile laboratory analysis results and prepare service reports in accordance with established procedures.
•Assist in the development and coordination of fuel testing and fuel polishing schedules.
•Communicate with customers and sales teams regarding scheduling activities and completed service reports.
•Maintain, analyze, and update customer data spreadsheets to support accurate tracking and reporting.
Support inventory control activities for service-related supplies and materials.
•Perform approved Mission Critical division tasks and related administrative duties as assigned
.

KEY CANDIDATE SKILLS
•High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
•At least one year of previous Customer Service Experience in a corporate environment.
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook.
