This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a procurement portfolio focused on business travel, accommodation, and event logistics.
You will help optimize costs, negotiate commercial agreements, and create measurable savings across national and international operations.
The position combines hands-on purchasing activities with data analysis, supplier management, and performance reporting.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective travel experiences.
The role also provides exposure to international travel requirements, including currencies, visas, taxation, and international bookings.

• Manage requests for corporate flights and accommodation for employees worldwide through a structured request process, ensuring compliance with the applicable travel policy.

• Research, quote, and compare travel options across multiple channels, evaluating price, routes, conditions, and overall value before purchases are made.

• Identify opportunities and support the negotiation of commercial agreements with hotel chains and travel platforms in Brazil and internationally.

• Coordinate the implementation, registration, and ongoing management of negotiated supplier agreements.

• Research, quote, and maintain a pre-approved network of venues and meeting spaces for corporate gatherings, training sessions, and events across different cities.

• Support the logistics of major corporate events, trade fairs, and industry events, including coordinating travel and accommodation for participating teams.

• Develop and monitor procurement KPIs, savings, and ROI metrics, consolidating results and presenting relevant insights to leadership.

• Act as a focal point for employees while traveling, resolving post-booking issues and providing timely support throughout their trips.

• Manage specific requirements associated with international travel, including currency exchange, international ticketing, visas, and local taxes.

• Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of procurement processes, supplier relationships, and cost optimization initiatives.

• Professional experience in procurement, corporate travel, business travel management, or event management.

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, with the ability to negotiate, communicate with international suppliers, and provide support to travelers globally.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to compare quotations, consolidate information, identify opportunities, and turn data into reports and performance indicators.

• Basic knowledge of international travel processes, including foreign exchange, international ticketing, visas, and local taxation.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple requests, suppliers, bookings, and deadlines.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.

• Proactive and solution-oriented approach, particularly when handling unexpected issues affecting travelers or events.

• Intermediate to advanced Spanish proficiency.

• Experience with corporate travel management platforms or similar procurement technology.

• Experience negotiating with hotels, travel providers, venues, or other service suppliers.

• Familiarity with procurement KPIs, savings tracking, ROI analysis, or supplier performance management.
