Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Workflow Consultant & Trainer based in United States.
As a Workflow Consultant & Trainer, you will help healthcare providers and their teams successfully adopt and optimize a cloud-based clinical platform. You will lead bilingual Korean and English training sessions, provide hands-on workflow consultation, and support practices throughout onboarding and post-launch stabilization. Working closely with physicians, clinical staff, practice managers, and administrative teams, you will translate technology into practical workflows that improve efficiency and care delivery. The role combines field-based training, community engagement, workflow assessment, and cross-functional collaboration. You will become a trusted resource within strategic enterprise partner networks while identifying adoption challenges and opportunities for improvement. This is a part-time, 3-month contract role requiring a strong on-the-ground presence across practices and healthcare communities in Southern California.
- Design and deliver bilingual Korean and English onboarding and training sessions for providers, clinical staff, and practice administrators through both in-person and virtual formats.
- Develop and maintain training materials, workflow documentation, quick-reference guides, and session recordings in both languages.
- Create role-specific training programs for physicians, medical assistants, front desk teams, and practice managers, including workshops, one-on-one coaching, and refresher sessions.
- Assess existing practice workflows, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend tailored solutions aligned with each practice's specialty, care model, and value-based care requirements.
- Guide providers on clinical documentation, care gap workflows, quality measure tracking, and effective use of EHR functionality.
- Maintain active involvement throughout the first 30–90 days of onboarding, serving as a primary training and workflow resource for participating practices.
- Represent the organization at provider events, workshops, seminars, IPA meetings, and community gatherings while building trust through culturally relevant communication.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation, Provider Relations, Engagement, Product, and Partner Relations teams to coordinate training, address adoption barriers, and maintain continuity through post-launch stabilization.
- Track training completion, attendance, provider feedback, adoption metrics, and other KPIs, escalating risks with documented context and recommended action plans.
- Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on provider feedback, adoption data, and field insights.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Korean and English, with the ability to conduct complete training sessions, workflow consultations, and written documentation in either language.
- Strong cultural competency and understanding of communication preferences within Korean healthcare provider communities.
- 2–5+ years of experience in customer training, clinical education, software onboarding, workflow consulting, or a related field, ideally within healthcare technology or SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate effective training programs for adult learners with varying roles, responsibilities, and levels of technical comfort.
- Experience delivering group workshops, one-on-one coaching, webinars, virtual sessions, and other training formats.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical workflows is strongly preferred, particularly experience in primary care environments.
- Ability to translate complex technology and platform functionality into clear, practical workflow guidance for clinical and operational audiences.
- Comfortable working directly with physicians, including MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs, as well as practice managers and administrative staff.
- Experience conducting workflow assessments and producing implementation-ready workflow documentation.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple field-based training engagements and partner sites simultaneously.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of independently managing scheduling, training materials, follow-through, and reporting.
- Based in Southern California and able to travel locally approximately 80% of the time for practice visits, training sessions, community events, and partner meetings.
- Willingness and ability to travel for regional events and enterprise partner engagements as needed.
Benefits:
- $40–$45 per hour.
- Part-time schedule of 30 hours per week.
- 3-month contract engagement.
- Field-based role with opportunities to work directly with healthcare providers and communities.
- Opportunity to contribute to workflow optimization and technology adoption within primary care environments.
