Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Chief Operations Officer is responsible for directing the daily operation of the Company. Provide leadership and direction for the operations and business execution personnel that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company. Serve as a member of the senior management staff and in this capacity participate in the overall management of Momentara, including short- and long-range planning.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Directs and establishes policies, procedures and programs for Momentara.
  • Recommends and executes Momentara’s goals objectives and strategies in consultation with the CEO.
  • Responsible for general financial management of Momentara
  • Assist CFO with annual budget
  • Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
  • Coordinate advertising activities with advertising needs to company as determined by Sales/Marketing and dictated by the marketing plan
  • Develop and update ongoing marketing plan in which optimum growth and profitability potential will be identified and achieved
  • Responsible for research and development of new product lines and/or specialized equipment, as determined by market research and the marketing plan
  • Manage the various operations of the company by supervising department heads
  • Recommends staffing and organization levels for Momentara in consultation with CEO including personnel actions, performance reviews, and develops career planning activities for direct reports and other personnel at Momentara
  • Directs the development effort for Momentara including purchasing of equipment
  • Evaluates, develops and recommends technical advancements in procedures, processes and equipment.
  • Interacts with staff to provide information and coordinate activities. Works with clients, vendors and partners to meet sales, growth and market share objectives.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • More than 10 years’ experience.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Above average communication skills.
  • Team player with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • This job has supervisory responsibilities.
