Overview

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Dishwasher/Prep Cook. The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. This position also assists with general kitchen cleaning and organization to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and other duties as assigned.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean and organized dishwashing and storage areas.
• Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Remove trash and recycling from kitchen and dining areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors throughout the shift and at closing.
• Clean kitchen equipment, shelving, walls, and food preparation areas as assigned.
• Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries when needed.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
