| Position Summary: | The University of Dayton Research Institute (UDRI) invites qualified candidates to apply for our Financial Analyst (P2) position. The successful candidate will apply growing financial management expertise to support government- and industry sponsored research programs. This role performs a broad range of project control responsibilities with increasing independence, contributes to financial decision making, and ensures adherence to federal and contractual requirements. The Financial Analyst will work collaboratively with program teams and may provide guidance to less experienced staff. Duties and Responsibilities consist of the following. • Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets across multi year, multi funded programs while ensuring alignment with federal contracting requirements. |

| Minimum Qualifications: | • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field. |
| Preferred Qualifications: | While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following: • Experience supporting DoD or other federal agencies. |
