This role collaborates with departments to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models, and provides insights to improve resource utilization and cost effectiveness. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldThree years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, decision support, budgeting, accounting, or a related analytical role.

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Experience in healthcare finance or financial planning and analysis within a healthcare setting Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP), or similar credential
