Job Description
Under the general direction of the Senior Services Manager, the Mobile Meals Coordinator will facilitate the mobile meals program for Interfaith Community Services. This position offers support and assistance with the general operations of the ICS Mobile Meals program.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the Mobile Meals Programs including route assignments, meal order, sync units to the Mobile app, send the delivery roasters and serve as a substitute driver when needed
· Maintain client records and services accurate in CaseWorthy and ServTracker
· Assist with program evaluations, surveys, and participant satisfaction initiatives
Design and conduct periodic training sessions to keep Mobile Meals volunteers informed of best practices, operational procedures, and program requirements
· Assist with monthly and quarterly program reports and maintain accurate program documentation
· Develop, maintain, and update Mobile Meals procedures and training materials for staff and volunteers
· Manage volunteer mileage reimbursement and assist volunteers and Accounting with payment-related issues
· Maintain positive relationships and regular communication with meal facilities
Additional Duties
· Participate in ICS staff meetings
· Other job duties as assigned
· Support other Senior Services programs as needed
Requirements:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Experience working with seniors and disabled adults
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Strong organization skills and keen attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task and be flexible
· Ability to coordinate multiple schedules, routes, and priorities simultaneously
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills when interacting with seniors, volunteers, caregivers, and community partners
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information appropriately
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma
· Ability to maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean driving record, and current auto insurance
· Must pass a background check
· Must obtain and maintain a Level One fingerprint clearance card
Reports to: Senior Services Manager
Supervises: Mobile Meals Volunteers
Work Schedule: Full time (Monday through Friday), 40 hours per week- Occasional evening/weekend hours.
