Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Program Directors here at Danville Services provide administrative oversight and support to their respective programs to ensure that services delivered to our clients maintain a high quality of life, to have joy, relationships, and celebration in their lives, and to be as independent as possible. Program Directors are expected to meet and/or exceed all standards necessary to remain in compliance with Danville, federal, and state regulations.
Program Directors act as a liaison between Danville and all parties involved in clients' lives including, but not limited to, parents, guardians, support coordinators, and medical professionals. They’ll be expected to maintain an on-call position to be readily available for staff and house managers as well. We are hoping to find a person who is dedicated to ensuring client care and providing great support to our team!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years' experience in the field of intellectual/developmental disabilities, 2 years supervisory experience preferred
- Quality assurance and employee training experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license, and an insurable driving record with 3 years of driving history
- Required to pass the AZ Central Registry background check upon hire
- Able to obtain AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance
- Must pass E-Verify verification upon hire
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Quicken
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to resolve multiple complex issues simultaneously while remaining calm in stressful situations
- Good organization skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
