Our Bean Trailers are an off road, tear drop trailer and are built to withstand rugged terrains. They are equipped with a Timbren Independent suspension, Max coupler hitch and off road tires. • 5+ years of professional welding experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with TIG and MIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, drawings, and fabrication plans.
• Strong fitting and fabrication skills, including measuring, cutting, grinding, aligning, and preparing materials.
• Experience welding aluminum.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety and proper PPE.
• Previous lead, foreman, or crew-lead experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize jobs, and meet production deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience preferred.
