Working closely with hiring managers and Human Resources, this role attracts, assesses, and hires the talent our operating companies depend on, while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.

This position builds sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, supports workforce planning, and represents our employment brand in the market through recruiting events, university partnerships, and community outreach. It is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys proactive recruiting, strong relationships, and continuous improvement of the hiring process.

What You Can Expect to Do as a Talent Acquisition Partner:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using an Applicant Tracking System, social media, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networking.
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, assess qualifications, and present hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify position requirements, guide interview best practices, and support workforce planning discussions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and talent communities for critical and recurring roles, including proactive outreach to passive candidates.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and keep communication moving throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers in partnership with Human Resources leadership, and maintain accurate records in the ADP.
  • Represent IP Corporation at job fairs, campus events, and community outreach activities, and support internship, co-op, and university relations efforts.

What We Are Looking For in a Talent Acquisition Partner:

  • Associate's degree and two years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree.
  • One year of full-lifecycle recruitment experience.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through across multiple open requisitions.
  • Experience recruiting in manufacturing, technical, or corporate environments is helpful.
  • Experience with campus recruiting, internship programs, or community workforce partnerships is helpful.

Why Join IP Corporation?

  • Be part of a stable, privately held organization with more than 70 years of success and industry leadership.
  • Competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, generous PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, values-driven organization where your contributions matter.
  • Work alongside experienced professionals in an environment that encourages continuous learning, development, and career growth.
  • Join a culture built on teamwork, integrity, innovation, and long-term customer partnerships.
  • Contribute to products and solutions that support a wide range of industries across North America and beyond.
  • Enjoy the benefits of a company that combines the stability of an established organization with the agility and entrepreneurial spirit to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

  • Ability to work in an office environment with prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
  • Ability to use standard office equipment.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to travel periodically for recruiting events, career fairs, campus visits, and company locations.
