This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Campaign Marketing Specialist based in United States.

The Campaign Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that generate engagement, strengthen relationships, and support business growth. This role combines campaign planning, content development, event marketing, and performance analysis in a fast-paced digital environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams, business leaders, and external partners to create impactful campaigns that drive qualified opportunities. This position offers the opportunity to influence marketing strategy, optimize programs through data and AI-powered tools, and contribute to a growing organization focused on digital transformation. Accountabilities:

The Campaign Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing programs that support business objectives, increase brand visibility, and generate qualified leads.

  • Plan, execute, and track integrated marketing campaigns across email, events, webinars, social media, and content channels.
  • Develop and manage marketing activities that support key enterprise service offerings and strategic business initiatives.
  • Generate leads and business opportunities through conferences, webinars, industry events, and targeted campaigns.
  • Coordinate post-event follow-ups, outreach activities, performance recaps, and lead nurturing initiatives.
  • Create and distribute marketing content including blogs, white papers, case studies, sales materials, award submissions, and campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, sales teams, business development leaders, and external partners to align marketing efforts.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and coordinate content development workflows across multiple stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign performance, establish reporting routines, and provide insights on results, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns using modern marketing techniques and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Research industry trends, market insights, and analyst reports to support strategic marketing decisions.
  • Support partner marketing initiatives and maintain strong relationships with external collaborators.
  • Develop a strong understanding of service offerings and effectively communicate their value through marketing channels.
  • Follow information security best practices by protecting sensitive data, supporting compliance requirements, and promoting responsible handling of company information assets.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in campaign marketing, strong communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, digital transformation consulting, or a related marketing role.
  • Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns that generate leads and support business growth.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Excellent project management skills with strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams, sales stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies to improve marketing workflows and productivity.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms, campaign analytics, and web analytics is preferred.
  • Understanding of digital transformation, technology services, and industry trends is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
