The QA Specialist will be responsible for monitoring quality standards, providing actionable feedback, and supporting teams in delivering accurate and consistent patient identity management services. - Perform quality assurance reviews of patient identity management work and provide feedback to improve performance.
- Ensure assigned QA projects meet established quality, accuracy, and productivity standards.

- Monitor remote team quality results and provide summary reporting to leadership teams.
- Conduct coaching and follow-up discussions with team members who require additional support to meet quality expectations.
- Collaborate on project procedure testing and review client-specific processes with remote teams.
- Track training completion, assignments, and quality-related updates within project management tools.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality reviews, corrections, and process improvements.
- Assist with task assignments and project coordination activities.
- Participate in team meetings, QA discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Apply AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve workflows while maintaining security, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented quality professional with experience in healthcare data, patient identity management, or similar environments. - Experience meeting or exceeding quality progression requirements within a healthcare data or quality assurance environment.
- Ability to work effectively with remote teams using virtual collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of complex duplicate validity requirements and healthcare data quality concepts.
- Familiarity with hospital health information systems and healthcare data workflows.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a changing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools is preferred.
