Kelowna Truck & RV, part of the Steve Marshall Group, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help showcase one of the Okanagan's premier destinations for trucks and recreational vehicles. Working closely with our General Manager and the Group Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, managing social media, coordinating community events, and strengthening our connection with customers throughout the region.

Role Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the overall marketing strategy of the Steve Marshall Group (SMG) while executing dealership-specific initiatives for Kelowna Truck & RV.

Working under the guidance of the Group’s Marketing Director and directly reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing Coordinator ensures brand consistency, effective communication, and strong local market engagement. This role is responsible for implementing campaigns, managing digital and social media content, coordinating community events, website management and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns & Brand Execution

• Implement group, store, and manufacturer marketing strategies at the dealership level, ensuring brand alignment and compliance with SMG and Stellantis guidelines.

• Collaborate with the management team and General Manager to plan and execute monthly promotions, advertising campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.

• Track and report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI metrics.

• Develop creative content such as flyers, banners, social media and digital advertising assets, and showroom displays.

Digital & Social Media Management

• Manage dealership social media channels and ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.

• Capture and edit dealership photos and videos for use across digital platforms.

• Update dealership website content.

Administrative & Department Support

• Work with Sales, Service, and Parts departments to promote department-specific campaigns.

• Maintain a marketing calendar and manage vendor relationships related to printing, advertising, and promotional items.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields preferred.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content creation principles.

• Social Media savvy with experience in creating high-engagement content.

• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads/Analytics, etc.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.

• Creative, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude.
