We’re a team of passionate, innovative people who thrive on working together to build life-saving technology for medical professionals and patients. If you’re a strategic and hands-on commercial leader with experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, and international sales, this is your opportunity to make a global impact.
We are seeking a Head of Sales - Global to lead MetaOptima’s worldwide sales strategy and execution. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across direct and channel sales, expanding our presence in key international markets, and building a scalable commercial engine for both our software and hardware solutions.
This role requires a leader who is both strategic and hands-on: someone who can build and lead a high-performing sales team, develop strong distributor and partner relationships, manage complex enterprise and clinic sales cycles, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Global Sales Strategy - Define and execute the company’s global sales strategy across direct, enterprise, channel, and distributor-led motions.
Revenue Growth - Own revenue targets and lead all sales efforts to grow SaaS adoption, device sales, renewals, expansions, and long-term customer value.
Pipeline & Forecasting - Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, improve forecast accuracy, and provide clear visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities.
Direct Sales Leadership - Lead complex sales cycles with hospitals, clinics, enterprise customers, and strategic accounts across multiple regions.
Channel & Distributor Management - Develop and manage distributor, reseller, and channel partner relationships to expand market reach while ensuring accountability and performance.
Sales Process Optimization - Design and improve sales processes, pricing discipline, territory planning, CRM workflows, and performance management systems to support scale.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Operations, and Leadership to align go-to-market execution and customer growth strategies.
Customer & Market Insights - Gather and communicate market feedback, competitive intelligence, and customer needs to help shape product roadmap, positioning, and sales strategy.
Team Leadership - Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales organization with a culture of accountability, urgency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
KPIs & Reporting - Track and report on key commercial metrics including pipeline, conversion, bookings, average deal size, sales cycle length, channel performance, and revenue attainment.

Strong experience in complex sales environments, including hospital, clinic, enterprise, and channel/distributor sales models.
Deep understanding of healthcare buying cycles, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder sales.
Experience building sales processes, forecasting models, compensation structures, and KPI-driven operating rhythms.
Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Comfortable in a startup environment with the ability to move quickly, solve problems, and scale effectively.
Experience selling both hardware and SaaS solutions as part of an integrated offering.
