Located in the Morningside neighborhood of Atlanta, we have been serving the community's early educational needs for over 50 years. We are seeking a warm, dependable, and enthusiastic Half-Day Morning Teacher to care for and support our students in a nurturing, engaging learning environment. If you are passionate about early childhood development and enjoy helping young children grow through play, exploration, and loving interactions, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule

• Part-time, morning hours
• 8:30am-1:30PM
• Monday–Friday or M/W/F

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving care to students.
• Create a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Follow daily routines, including meals, diapering, naps, and transitions.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and comply with all licensing and health and safety requirements.
• Observe and communicate children's progress and daily activities with families.

Qualifications

• Experience working with infants and/or toddlers in a childcare or preschool setting preferred.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, patient, and nurturing demeanor.
• Ability to meet state licensing requirements, including background checks.
