CNC Manufacturing is an industry leading expert in the precision machining of performance critical parts in diverse industries including defense and aerospace. The 37,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled facility in Coatesville, PA features some of the industry’s most technologically advanced machining and quality control equipment. We are looking for both entry level and skilled candidates.

Training will be provided. Base hourly wage rate depends on experience and skill level.

• Beginner - $20-$25/hr.
• Intermediate - $26-28/hr.
• Advanced - $32+/hr.

A CNC Machine Operator will know or be taught:

• Read and understand blueprints and job instructions
• Understand raw stock identification and preparation
• Run jobs as programmed with the ability to change/adjust machine offsets
• Modify tooling for job use
• Understand safe positions, absolute-machine-relative coordinates
• Understand X+/-, Y+/-, C+/- and B+/-
• Perform SPC (Statistical Process Control) measurements
• Perform basic maintenance on machine and fixtures
• Maintain a clean, organized, & safe work area; comply with all Safety and ISO standards
• Communicate well, follow instructions, and be responsible for personal performance
• Other Level 2 operator duties as required
