Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill a combined Warehouse Associate / Cabinet Assembler role. In this position, you will be responsible for both warehouse operations and cabinet assembly, making you a key contributor to our production and fulfillment process.
Warehouse responsibilities include picking and filling orders, organizing and retrieving stock, and receiving and unloading shipments. Forklift experience is required for this role.
Assembly responsibilities include assembling wooden cabinets by following instructions represented in manuals, drawings, and schematics. You will ensure that all parts fit properly and are suitable as finished cabinets, utilizing tools such as a tape measure, drill, pneumatic stapler, and other basic hand tools.
Requirements & Qualifications- Ability to work with hands and use hand and power tools
- General carpentry knowledge is a plus
- Ability to stand or walk on concrete for 8+ hours
- Ability to lift 75+ pound boxes regularly
- Forklift experience is required
- Reliability and dependability
- Detail oriented – especially important in cabinet assembly
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Demonstrate initiative and effective problem-solving skills within the scope of the position
- Safety awareness of anything that may be hazardous to team members or visitors
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings
