We are seeking a skilled Server to join our growing team!

As a Server at Service Bar, you are responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to guests from the moment they walk in. This role serves as an ambassador for the Middle West Spirits brand, helping guests connect with the distillery through outstanding customer service, product education, and high-quality dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly and knowledgeable service.
• Educate guests on menu offerings, distillery products, seasonal features, and brand stories.
• Guide guests through the ordering process and deliver food and beverages, while monitoring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room, bar, and patio.
• Assist with opening, closing, and mid-service duties.
• Support private events as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.

• 21 years of age or older
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and positive attitude
• Previous experience in the spirits industry, preferred
• ServSafe certification, preferred

The ideal candidate has daytime, evening, and weekend availability.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and carrying of food and beverage items.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
