Catering Assistant & Catering Lead in Lancaster, Ohio at Smoked Food Factory LLC

Barrel & Boar Catering is hiring Catering Assistants and Catering Leads for our daytime event team. These are early morning starts (we’re talking coffee-first people), with most events wrapped up by 2 PM—so you can work hard and still enjoy your day. There are approximately 4 evening events a month.

What you’ll do:

* Set up and execute off-site catering events

* Deliver and present our BBQ with pride

* Keep things clean, organized, and running smoothly

* Leads will manage small teams and ensure flawless execution

* After qualifying as a lead pay goes to a range of $17-$20

Requirements
Early morning availability.
Lead positions require driving and required to have a valid drivers license and relatively clean driving record.
