The first point of contact for new and existing patients including patient inquiries, scheduling, and rescheduling. Patient intake, data entry into our electronic health records (EHR) system. Answering all incoming calls and directed to appropriate departments. Call center also does reminder appointment calls, office voicemails and emails and intra-office communication via ASANA.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming calls from customers and providing them with accurate information and assistance

- Making outbound calls to follow up with customers and resolve any issues they may have

- Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team member

- Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance goals

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
