Guest Service Representative – Part Time, Mornings and Afternoons

We’re looking for a friendly, organized Guest Service Representative to be the first point of contact for residents and program participants. This role supports registrations, facility bookings, membership sales, and general inquiries.

Shift times 8:30am-12:30pm or 12:30pm-4:30pm 8-12 hours per week. Opportunities for weekend shifts.

Pay Rate: 17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email.
• Handle registrations, rentals, and point-of-sale transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Balance daily receipts and prepare deposits.
• Use RecTrac/WebTrac systems and complete clerical tasks accurately.

• Must be at least 16 yrs. of age.
• Candidate must be dependable and able to possess good judgment in difficult situations.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and work well with the public and other staff.
• Ability to follow direction and work independently.
• C.P.R., AED, and First Aid Certification required; or ability to obtain within three (3) months of hire date.
