What you will do

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.

Operate dish equipment safely and check required wash, rinse, and sanitizer levels or temperatures.

Keep clean items organized and ready for use.

Maintain a clean dish area and help keep floors and workspaces safe.

Remove trash and handle used linens according to restaurant procedures.

Assist with basic food preparation as assigned and trained.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and equipment-use procedures.
