  • Hands-on experience with modern data and ML platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Spark, Airflow, dbt, MLFlow, or feature stores.
  • Proven ability to architect, deploy, and maintain end-to-end machine learning systems in production environments.
  • Solid understanding of ad tech ecosystems, attribution models, audience segmentation, and campaign performance measurement.
  • Experience working with privacy-focused measurement systems, identity frameworks, and consent management technologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field; PhD is considered a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced environments.
Benefits:

  • Personalized career development roadmap with access to training and educational opportunities.
  • Collaborative and inclusive culture that values creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in data science, machine learning, and ad tech.
