This role is focused on supporting high-volume talent sourcing and building strong candidate pipelines for customer service, sales, chat, and specialist roles within a fast-paced, technology-driven recruitment environment. You will play a key part in identifying and engaging potential candidates through multiple sourcing channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring journey. The position combines proactive outreach, community engagement, and structured coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners. You will also contribute to employer branding activities, candidate communications, and talent community development initiatives. Working closely with sourcing and recruitment teams, you will help improve hiring efficiency while maintaining strong data accuracy and reporting standards. - Source candidates across multiple platforms including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine) and social media channels to build strong talent pipelines.
- Support end-to-end sourcing activities for customer service, sales, chat, and specialist roles in high-volume hiring environments.
- Draft, post, and optimize job advertisements aligned with employer branding guidelines.
- Coordinate webinars, meet-and-greet sessions, and candidate engagement activities with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Build and nurture relationships with training institutes, colleges, and universities to support long-term talent acquisition strategies.
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication throughout the sourcing and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track sourcing metrics and prepare regular reports on performance indicators such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or relevant internship exposure.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional language is a plus).
- Good organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple open roles efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Exposure to high-volume hiring, campus recruitment, or bulk sourcing is an advantage.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar ATS tools is a plus.
