We’re looking for a dependable, energetic team player to join our Food Services team as a Dishwasher / Runner. This role is the heartbeat of the kitchen—keeping things clean, organized, and moving smoothly so our culinary team can focus on preparing meals that support healing and care.

You’ll work closely with the Food Services Manager and kitchen team to help keep everything operating at a high standard. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Keeping kitchen and dining areas clean, safe, and organizedOperating commercial dishwashing and cleaning equipmentWashing and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, and utensilsTaking out trash, mopping floors, and maintaining clean workstationsAssisting with receiving and stocking kitchen deliveriesSupporting proper storage practices (labeling, dating, organizing items correctly)Assisting during meal service as neededFollowing all safety, sanitation, and facility procedures

High school diploma or GED preferredAt least 1 year of kitchen or food service experienceStrong teamwork mindset and willingness to help wherever neededAbility to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environmentDependable, respectful, and committed to doing things the right wayComfortable with hands-on, physical work throughout the day

This is an active, hands-on role that requires the ability to:

Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shiftLift, carry, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds regularlyBend, reach, stoop, twist, and crouch while performing dutiesWork in a fast-paced kitchen environment with frequent movement and deadlinesPerform repetitive motions such as washing, scrubbing, and loading/unloading dishwareWork in environments that may be wet, hot, humid, or noisyMaintain stamina throughout the shift while completing physically demanding tasks
