  • Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback through multiple channels and translating insights into actionable product improvements
  • Ensure effective stakeholder alignment and support successful product launches across cross-functional teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Software Development, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software product management, ideally within marketplaces, e-commerce, B2B platforms, or other digital platform environments
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnel optimization, automation strategies, and system integrations
  • Solid analytical skills with experience using tools such as SQL, Excel, data visualization platforms, pivot tables, or similar analytics solutions
  • Ability to interpret product metrics and translate data insights into strategic product decisions
  • Technical understanding of modern web technologies and interest in AI-powered tools and workflows
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Self-driven, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and entrepreneurial environments
  • Passion for digital transformation and building impactful customer-centric products
Benefits:
  • Flexible remote-first work model with the option to work from Stuttgart or remotely
  • Opportunity to shape high-impact product experiences with strong ownership and decision-making autonomy
  • International and diverse working environment with a collaborative team culture
  • Modern and fast-growing technology environment within a stable and future-oriented industry
  • Monthly vouchers, wellness programs, and flexible lifestyle benefits
  • Exposure to innovative digital products and AI-supported working methods
  • Dynamic startup atmosphere combined with long-term growth opportunities
  • Strong focus on flexibility, work-life balance, and professional development
