Revenue & Sales Operations Analyst

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Revenue & Sales Operations Analyst in Australia.

This role sits at the heart of a high-impact Revenue Operations function, where data, strategy, and execution come together to drive sales performance across a global go-to-market organization. You will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that shape forecasting, planning, and commercial decision-making. Working closely with sales, finance, and regional leadership teams, you will help optimize revenue processes, improve visibility across KPIs, and strengthen operational efficiency. The environment is fast-paced, analytical, and highly collaborative, requiring both precision and adaptability. You will also play a key role in building scalable reporting frameworks and improving decision-support systems. This is an opportunity to directly influence revenue outcomes in a global, multi-region business operating at scale.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will support and enhance revenue and sales operations processes across reporting, analytics, and financial planning activities. You will be responsible for delivering accurate insights and improving decision-making through data-driven analysis.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, self-service reporting tools, and performance tracking systems for sales and revenue teams.
  • Analyze sales KPIs, pipeline performance, and renewal metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support monthly business reviews by comparing actual results against forecasts and plans.
  • Build and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and headcount planning tools to support forecasting accuracy.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to refine processes and improve data quality and reporting consistency.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis and executive-level reporting to support strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to territory, quota, and performance modeling to optimize go-to-market execution.
Requirements

The ideal candidate has strong analytical capability, experience in revenue or sales operations, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations. You are comfortable working across multiple systems and collaborating with senior stakeholders in a global environment.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, macros, and modeling).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Solid working knowledge of Salesforce and exposure to planning tools such as Anaplan.
  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience, including scenario analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience working across multi-region or APAC/global business environments is a plus.
