Job Description
Role Purpose:
Verify and reconcile inventories of the customer, their suppliers, and of DHL. Complete physical inventories and compile/analyze reports. Act as an interface between customer support, suppliers and customer management on inventory issues for resolution.
Key Accountabilities:
- Reconcile and data entry into customer's system of record and the WM System.
- Analyze data and transactions for root cause analysis using excel spreadsheets.
- Monitor and key data for several in-transit buckets within SAP for finance department reporting.
- Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports to customer.
- Monitor failed transactions and physically reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues for resolution.
- Investigate any/all shrinkage of inventory and advise departmental manager.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years Warehousing experience; preferably with barcode system
- Working experience with cycle count and inventory control
- Knowledge of and experience with inventory systems and/or Topex
- Working knowledge of SAP inventory

- Position: Inventory Control Coordinator
- Shift: 3rd shift
- Days: Sunday-Thursday
- Hours: 11pm-7am
- Pay: $20.50 per hour.
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also have the following skills Warehouse is Temperature controlled. Brand new facility! Packaging facility with 18 bagger lines, heavy use of machines/robotics
- This position requires the operations of MHE, hi-reach, counter balance and scissor lift as needed to perform product recovery. Willing to work OT and weekends if necessary.
Required to operate MHE, able to work in elevated rack locations up to 45 feet high. Must be willing to learn scissor lift equipoment used to perform pallet recovery.
- Flexible to working individually and in a team enviroment as needed to perform various tasks.
- DHL will provide training and equipment certification to successful applicants
- Dress Code Requirements: No nail polish, no ripped jeans, closed toe shoes, cannot wear any jewelry, no hooded sweatshirts/ loose articles of clothing
