  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal requests, ensuring timely sourcing and delivery of required components
  • Source and secure parts through purchase requisitions, RFQs, AOG requests, and vendor networks
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance standards
  • Create, track, and manage purchase orders across multiple systems, ensuring accurate cost allocation and documentation
  • Maintain proactive communication with technical advisors and customers, providing continuous status updates on orders and shipments
  • Ensure timely delivery of parts, compliance with quality and lifecycle requirements, and proper transaction of associated costs
  • Manage international shipping requirements including export compliance, documentation, taxes, and customs processes
  • Monitor supplier performance, vendor qualifications, and inventory data integrity across procurement systems
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, process optimization, and supply chain efficiency
  • Participate in on-call or shift rotations to support urgent AOG and after-hours procurement needs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of high school diploma and 5+ years of aviation procurement or inventory control experience
  • Strong background in business aviation purchasing and supply chain operations
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, time-sensitive operational environments
  • Proficiency with procurement and inventory systems; experience with AvSight preferred
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve problems efficiently under pressure
  • Familiarity with international logistics, export compliance, and aviation documentation requirements
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual base salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000 depending on experience and location
  • Eligibility for annual discretionary bonus and/or incentive compensation plans
  • Comprehensive benefits package available from day one of employment
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Retirement savings programs and financial wellness support
  • Opportunities for professional growth within a global aviation organization
