• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in operations, product management, consulting, revenue operations, or related strategic business functions.
• Previous experience working within high-growth startup environments, ideally in fast-scaling international organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience interpreting and synthesizing complex datasets.
• Proficiency in workflow automation, operational tooling, and data analysis methodologies.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business impact, assuming increasing responsibility, or achieving notable professional accomplishments.
• Ability to simplify complex business problems into actionable steps and execute efficiently across multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
